ADAM BRADY

adam brady

architect

After a quest for fresh powder brought him to the Kootenays, Adam joined Cover Architecture in 2020, bringing with him a diversity of design and management experience across fire stations, cultural centres, recreational facilities, museums, and municipal renovations. While working at Cover, Adam has been able to pursue his passion for (affordable) housing, seeing through construction of Group Homes, Seniors Living, and Student Housing.

Adam understands the emotional and financial stressors that build during new construction and renovations projects. With first-hand construction experience (re) building a modest house nestled in the Canadian Shield, he knows that healthier relationships between designers and trades are essential to creating beautiful pieces of architecture that are on budget and on time. With an interest in retrofitting of existing structures, creating high-performing building envelopes, working towards environmental responsibility, and producing low-carbon materials, Adam feels the success of an Architect in this contemporary-era can only be measured in creating (great) spaces that last for generations.
