This office renovation brings warmth and contemporary design to the workspace. Featuring clean lines and natural materials, the interior design creates a calm and inviting atmosphere enhanced by wood accents. Environmental graphics and signage played a crucial role in the overall experience; inspired by the local environment, the design mimics natural elements such as minerals, Indigenous plants, and timber, fostering a connection to the surrounding landscape.

Additionally, the office incorporates a security component with a small public interface provided by its meeting room adjacent to the reception area. Following Blueprint+ WorKit, a design guide for BC Leading Workplaces, the space promotes a modern work culture, accommodating mobile employees within the BC Public Service. Our design aimed to create an environment where employees feel comfortable and have a sense of place, featuring various spaces – such as the lunchroom and smaller meeting rooms – equipped with technology to enable people to work where they feel most inspired and to encourage interaction.
