Mt Begbie Brewing has been operating in Revelstoke, BC since 1996 and Cover enjoyed working with them to create a new home for the brewery. The new building is 12,000 ft2 and includes a large tasting room, bar, commercial kitchen, and an outdoor patio that captures the surrounding views, offering a space for people to unwind and enjoy the craft beers on sample. The entrance has a large front-of-house shop, with Mt. Begbie Brewing merchandise on display in purpose-built millwork. Back-of-house, a state-of-the-art brewing facility was carefully designed in collaboration with the client to ensure all equipment and operational needs of the brewery were met. Upstairs, a series of office, management, and boardroom spaces overlook the brewing facility, helping ensure quality and production.
