Located along the central corridor of Castlegar, and within walking distance of grocery stores, schools, and medical centres, is a new 6 storey, 78 unit affordable housing building providing much needed housing opportunities for local families and individuals.

As part of a commitment to better environmental sustainability, the design of the project included full electrification of mechanical systems, achieving above and beyond BC Carbon Step Code EL-4, as well as BC Energy Step Code 3.

The building has become the tallest in Castlegar, however, its distance from adjacent properties and a steep slope of the site, help to offset the scale of the project. The exterior building design utilizes climate-resilient metal cladding and projecting sloped roofs (concealing central rooftop mechanical equipment) to complement the surrounding residential area. Both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces provide opportunities for residents to build community connections.
