Alie loves her role as the Office Manager as it allows her to do all her favourite things – take care of the space and the people. Alie has spent the last 20 years building and managing community programs to support mental health and housing initiatives in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Her experience in the non-profit world has developed her resourcefulness and organizational skills, allowing her to manage the complex needs of a business, including: building maintenance, administrative and project management, health and safety and team culture. Even without an education background in Architecture, Alie is so grateful to work with creative, passionate Architects, Interns and Technologist and never stops learning how best to support them behind the scenes so they can produce quality work and services in Nelson and British Columbia!
