The property was rezoned to R-6 high-density multi-family residential, increasing the site’s capacity from 8 to 20 units. The project replaced two older four-plex buildings with a four-story structure featuring 20 units, 20% of which were designed as “Barrier Free” to ensure accessibility for all residents.

The project also includes a thoughtfully designed green space with a playground, fulfilling the community’s amenity space requirements. Residents benefit from both indoor and outdoor amenities, including a shared kitchen for communal gatherings and private patio spaces for each unit.
