Cover completed a renovation of an existing church building from residential suites to a physiotherapy clinic. The clients needed more flexibility to fulfil their clinic needs in the space available, so the church was designed to include an administration area, treatment rooms and a fitness centre. A fire separation was required between the clinic and residential suite to divide the separate occupancies.
