Narelle Sookorukoff

Narelle completed her Master of Architecture at the University of British Columbia, where she won the Thesis Prize and the AIBC Medal for Excellence and Ingenuity in Architecture. Her project re-imagined the construction of a stadium for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games that would allow it to be disassembled and redeployed into numerous public projects within Rio de Janeiro’s favelas. She has been a team member on a diverse range of project types; including healthcare, education, and commercial construction. Her primary focus is healthcare and she has worked with Interior Health on projects at their hospitals in Trail, Castlegar, Nakusp, and Cranbrook.
